We acknowledge the diversity and themes brides and grooms make part of their wedding day. In answer to these fresh, fun, new ideas, we have made efforts to include menus appropriate for all weddings – from elegant to casual and everything in between. And if you don’t see something you want added to your menu, let the chef design a menu with you!

served with au jus and smoked horseradish sauce; $2 extra per plate

Herb encrusted pork loin, sliced thin, served with pork au jus

Carmel Apple Pork Tenderloin

brown sugar and a drizzle of maple syrup

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Balsamic marinated pork loin, slow roasted
and finished with homemade balsamic syrup

China service (dinner plate, salad plate, flatware and water glass), can be rented from JAN’s Deli & Catering.

Terms: Professional wait staff is provided at event. Package prices start at $18.95/per plate, plus 18 percent gratuity and Michigan sales tax. A 50 percent, nonrefundable deposit is due upon event reservation. Final payment is due 10 days prior to event, 15 days if paying by personal check, at which time a final guest count would be expected. Cash, certified checks, money orders and credit cards are accepted. Rates are subject to change without notice.
